What Happens Next?
Once you've submitted your intake packet, our team will carefully review your information and reach out to discuss the next steps, answer any questions you may have, and help you schedule your first appointment.
Before Your First Appointment
Every new patient begins with a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (CCA). This initial appointment helps us get to know you, understand your unique needs, and ensure you're connected with the services that will best support your goals.
Counseling, Psychiatric Services, Medication Management, and Spravato: Your Comprehensive Clinical Assessment will be completed as part of the intake process before ongoing treatment begins.
Psychological Testing: Before testing is scheduled, you'll complete a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (or an updated assessment, if appropriate). This appointment allows us to gather important background information, obtain any necessary releases, determine the most appropriate evaluation, and provide you with an estimate of any anticipated costs.
Transferring Medication Management: If you're transferring medication management from another provider, your current provider may be able to send us a recent Comprehensive Clinical Assessment for our clinical team to review.
