Step #1 Do the initial intake packet -paperwork on your phone, tablet, or computer so that you are set to be contacted and scheduled by our staff the next business day, or call us after you filled in the paperwork. This is available 24/7. Please complete an intake packet to get any services at West Counseling you are seeking. (see below) this must be completed before we schedule any services with us.

Step #2. Complete the screening form for the type of service you are seeking. This will be for Counseling, Psychiatric Medical, or Psychological (one for each of service type you are seeking)

A staff member will take some basic demographic info and or assist you. The process is available during business hours.
FYI:
If you are new to services here, we will do a CCA or comprehensive clinical assessment prior to all services including Counseling, Psychiatric Services, and Psychological Services. If you are actively involved with clinical services elsewhere and are a psychiatry referral, we will need your clinical home to send us a recent CCA. If you are a referral for a psychological assessment, we will need to do a CCA and/or update to gather needed information and releases prior to conducting psychological testing and providing a cost estimate.
